FAQs

How should I get to St. Barths?

Please see our Travel page for information on getting to St. Barths.

Where should I stay?

We have reserved Hotel Manapany in Anse de Cayes for our wedding weekend. Please see our Lodging page for more information, including instructions to access our discounted room rates.

What is the schedule for the weekend?

Check out the “Home” page for our wedding weekend events.

What should I wear to the weekend events?

Please see the schedule on our homepage for detailed dress codes by event. We recommend dressing for the tropical climate -- while it is notably cooler after sunset, it is still warm.

What is there to do in St. Barths?

Check out the Things to Do page for our favorite places to eat and drink and things to do. We will have downtime over the weekend for guests to explore the island.

What is the best way to get around St. Barths?

While St. Barths is small, it is not walkable. We recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island, as cabs tend to be pricey and in limited supply. St. Barths is pretty well marked, so as long as you know the neighborhood you are heading towards (example: Gustavia, St. Jean, Anse de Cayes, etc.), you can follow the road signs to get there. If you opt not to rent a car, Hotel Manapany will provide guests transportation to and from the airport. We will provide transportation to and from events off hotel property.

Where can I rent a car?

St. Barths has several car rental agencies including Avis, Enterprise, Hertz, and Budget. They are based at the airport for convenient pick up and drop off on your way in and out.

How do I make reservations on St. Barths?

Hotel Manapany can assist guests with making reservations. Email reception@hotelmanapany.com 1 - 2 months in advance, as some reservations can be competitive.

What should I wear around St. Barths?

People tend to dress casually. Beachwear is a safe bet during the day, regardless of whether you are going to beach or out to breakfast / lunch. At night, resort-wear (sundresses and sandals for women; short sleeves and light pants / shorts with loafers for men) is common.

What will the weather be like?

St. Barths has daily highs of 87 and daily lows of 80 in July.
